A report has claimed that Jeffrey Epstein’s 50th birthday album included handwritten notes from former US President Bill Clinton and one by Donald Trump.

Former US President Bill Clinton reportedly wrote a letter to disgraced financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein on one of his birthdays, a new report with The Wall Street Journal has claimed, adding it also found a letter from Donald Trump in the album compiled for Epstein’s 50th birthday in 2003.
The fresh report comes after a previous one had claimed that Donald Trump was informed about his mention in the Jeffrey Epstein case files.
The letter, written in Clinton’s unmistakable handwriting, is part of a leather-bound volume orchestrated by Epstein’s former girlfriend, Ghislaine Maxwell, and praised Epstein’s “childlike” curiosity and long-standing friendships, the report revealed.
The birthday compilation also carries several personal messages from dozens of Epstein’s other elite connections, the report further claimed.
The letter by Donald Trump to Epstein, according to the report, featured a crude sketch and a sexually suggestive message.
Trump, however, has denied writing the note.
Bill Clinton took four trips on Epstein’s private jet and once visited his Manhattan townhouse, each time with his Secret Service team and for reasons related to the Clinton Foundation’s work, his spokesperson had earlier clarified.
Clinton was also photographed with Epstein and Maxwell at a White House event in 1993 and socialised with Epstein in the early 2000s.
At his Manhattan townhouse, Epstein hung a painting that depicted Clinton wearing a blue dress and red heels, The WSJ quoted people who saw it.
JD VANCE REACTS TO REPORTS OF TRUMP’s LETTER TO EPSTEIN
Following the WSJ report, US Vice President JD Vance, in an X post, mentioned he had no idea if the letter existed because he claimed The Wall Street Journal won’t show the same to the Trump administration.
“The contention–which is pretty clear if you just read what I said–is that it’s bogus for the WSJ to publish a hit piece without showing us the letter. I have no idea if the book exists–WSJ won’t show it to us. I have no idea if the letter exists–WSJ won’t show it to us,” Vance mentioned in his post.
“What I find absurd is the idea that Donald Trump was writing poems to Epstein, and I find it equally absurd that a major American paper would attack the President of the United States without revealing the basis for the attack,” he added.

THE EPSTEIN FILES AND THE WSJ REPORTS
On July 17, the Journal published an article about the letter with Trump’s signature.
In response, the President filed a $10 billion defamation lawsuit against The Wall Street Journal, its parent company, and several individuals involved in the report.
Trump has also said that he once thought Epstein was a “terrific guy,” but that they later had a falling out.
Epstein, who killed himself in jail in 2019 while awaiting trial, also had many prominent friends in political and celebrity circles besides Trump.
Over the years, thousands of pages of records have been released through lawsuits, Epstein’s criminal dockets, public disclosures and Freedom of Information Act requests.
In January 2024, a court unsealed the final batch of a trove of documents that had been collected as evidence in a lawsuit filed by Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre.
Records made public also include a 2016 deposition in which an accuser recounted spending several hours with Epstein at Trump’s Atlantic City casino.
