With his second-place finish in the 2025 Diamond League Final in Zurich on Thursday, Neeraj Chopra continued his streak of finishing in the top two in every event since 2021.
The Indian star managed a throw of 85.01 in his final attempt to finish behind Germany’s Julian Weber, who won the event with a best throw of 91.51m.
This was Neeraj’s 26th consecutive top-two finish dating back to the Kourtane Classic in June 2021, where he finished third.
