Salman Iftikhar, a 37-year-old Pakistani businessman, recently made headlines for his appalling behaviour on a Virgin Atlantic flight from London to Lahore. A father of three and husband to two wives, Iftikhar was travelling in the first-class section when he became enraged after being asked to stop taking ice from the onboard bar.
Iftikhar, who had been consuming champagne as he travelled with his wife Erum Salman and their three children, verbally abused and threatened a flight attendent saying she would be dragged out of her hotel room, gang raped and set on fire. Iftikhar has been sentenced to 15 months in jail.
Who is Salman Iftikhar?
As reported by the Daily Mail, Salman Iftikhar is involved in the recruitment industry. Together with his wife Erum, he runs a staffing company in London that trains businesses in customer service and manufacturing.
The couple, along with their children, live in a luxurious six-bedroom home in Iver, Buckinghamshire, valued at around £2 million ($2.6 million approximately). Iftikhar also owns several high-end cars, including a Range Rover, Bentley, and Rolls Royce, and the family often showcases their extravagant lifestyle on social media.
Pakistani Businessman Has Two Wives
In addition to his life in London, Iftikhar is married to supermodel and actress Abeer Rizvi in Pakistan. According to the Daily Mail, the couple wed five years ago.
Rizvi frequently features Iftikhar in her social media posts. For his birthday in September last year, she posted a heartfelt message on Instagram, praising his thoughtful nature, their deep connection, and his nurturing love.
